OK guys I'm really sorry (Jessica..haha) I haven't written on here in a while. I didn't know so many people read this thing - you guys were slackin on the comments so I didn't think any one read. Not to blame anyone else. Ok anyways
We basically finished up Prayer Warrior. MORE PICS They director called the shoot off for 5 or 6 weeks. I heard it was because he didn't like the footage and wanted to reshoot some stuff but his email to cast and crew was that the film had found some investors and could possibly have a larger budget. He said he was goin to use the footage that we had shot and use it as a trailer. I hope it all works out for them, Eric and I have other stuff to work on now so I'm pretty I won't be able to work on the film again.
I began my internship with Design Partners , well sort of. I went in on Monday and they didn't have the computer that I was goin to work on ready so they said they would call later in the week or next week. My contact, John Morgan, is on business in Miami and he gets in on Friday, so it should all work out by next week. The office is on the lot of Sunset/Gower Studios in Hollywood. I'm not sure which shows they film here, but I got to walk around and see some different stages.
Eric and I are shooting a music video with a band from Alabama, who now lives in LA, in a couple of weeks. You can check out the band HERE Everything should be able to work out, but it may fall through because of money. We and the crew are working for free, but the equipment costs money. I'm the Producer and Eric is the Director.
Classes are going good - I enjoy the lighting class most. I know a heck of a lot about interior lighting now, something that I wouldn't have guessed that I would be learning. My film class is informative - the teacher knows her stuff, but she really feeds it to you in a forceful approach. She has been teaching the class for like 12 years, so I guess she gets use to her notes.
I made this today - I guess I could use it for a future web page or business card.
